The following terms and conditions apply to all sales, discounts, coupon codes, and promotional offers (collectively, "Promotions") provided by Auxo Assist. By redeeming a Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility & Scope
New Clients Only: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Promotions are reserved for first-time clients of Auxo Assist.

One Per Customer: Limit one (1) Promotion per person, business entity, or email address.

Non-Transferable: Promotions hold no cash value and cannot be transferred, assigned, or sold to third parties.

2. Redemption & Exclusions
Expiration Dates: All Promotions have a strictly enforced expiration date. Requests made after the deadline will be billed at our standard current rates.

Service Restrictions: Promotions apply only to  General Administration Services. Specialized services, third-party software costs, and "Rush Fees" are excluded from all discounts.

Stacking: Promotions cannot be combined with any other offers, "Early Bird" discounts, or existing custom package pricing.

3. Usage Limits (The "Capacity" Clause)
Availability: Promotions are subject to the current bandwidth and availability of the Auxo Assist team. We reserve the right to "waitlist" a promotional project if our current capacity is reached.

Minimum Commitment: Some Promotions (such as "First Month 20% Off") may require a minimum 3-month service commitment. If the contract is terminated early by the client, the discounted amount may be back-billed at the full standard rate.

4. Cancellation & Forfeiture
If a project or retainer started under a Promotion is cancelled by the client, the Promotion is considered "used" and cannot be applied to future re-bookings.

Auxo Assist reserves the right to void a Promotion if a client fails to provide necessary project assets/briefs within 10 days of the promotion's start date.
 

6. Right to Modify
Auxo Assist reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or abuse of the offer.
