Service Delivery & Operations Policy | Auxo Assist

At Auxo Assist, we strive to provide exceptional service that exceeds your expectations. Because our services consist of professional labor and digital deliverables, we do not offer traditional "returns." This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and service satisfaction.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
Your success is our priority. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable:

Resolution First: Please notify us within [Insert Number, e.g., 48] hours of receiving the work. We will make every effort to correct the issue through our included revision process (see our Service Delivery Policy).

Clear Feedback: To resolve concerns, we request specific feedback on how the work did not meet the original project brief.

2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of Virtual Assistant services (where payment covers dedicated professional time), refunds are handled as follows:

Completed Work: Once a task or project is completed and delivered according to the agreed-upon brief, no refunds will be issued for hours already worked.

Unused Retainer Hours: If you have purchased a monthly retainer package and choose to cancel, any unused hours are non-refundable but may be used until the end of the current billing cycle.

Deposits: Initial deposits for project-based work are non-refundable, as they secure your spot on our service calendar and cover administrative setup.

3. Cancellation Policy
To stop or pause services with Auxo Assist:

Subscription/Retainer Services: We require [Insert Number, e.g., 7 or 14] days' notice prior to your next billing cycle to cancel recurring services.

One-Time Projects: If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, the client will be billed for the percentage of work completed up to the point of cancellation.

4. Errors and Omissions
While Auxo Assist maintains high standards for accuracy, the final responsibility for proofreading and verifying data lies with the client.

If a clerical error is made by Auxo Assist, we will correct it immediately at no additional charge.

We do not offer refunds for third-party costs (e.g., ad spend, software subscriptions, or printing costs) incurred during the project.

5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Auxo Assist management in cases of:

Failure to deliver services due to prolonged technical incapacity on our end.

Accidental duplicate billing or overpayment.
